Features unique to Reclaim

There are several unique features at Reclaim that go beyond Clockwise’s capabilities, giving you more control, flexibility, and smarter scheduling for the week.

Reclaim Feature

What it does

AI priority levels

Assign priorities to meetings, tasks, and routines so Reclaim intelligently decides what moves and what stays protected when your schedule gets busy.

Advanced Focus Time preferences

Focus Time flexes around meetings, tasks, habits, and deadlines – automatically adjusting as new conflicts appear. Reclaim provides benchmark targets for every role, advanced “Proactive” and “Reactive” scheduling modes, ideal targets for min/max durations, and custom hours for scheduling.

Team templates for Focus Time, Habits, & Working Hours

Create company-wide and team templates for Focus Time, Habits, and Working Hours to optimize scheduling across your workforce.

Prioritized Scheduling Links

Prioritize your Scheduling Links to offer custom availability for different kinds of meetings.

Advanced task integrations

Automatically schedule work from tools like Asana, Todoist, Linear, ClickUp, Jira, and Google Tasks so important tasks get time blocked on your calendar.

Flexible recurring routines (Habits)

Protect time for any recurring routines like exercise, planning, learning, or deep work — not just lunch or basic holds. Get started with 150+ templates.

Advanced personal & team analytics

See how time is actually spent across meetings, focus work, and routines with insights that help individuals and teams improve scheduling habits.

Real-time rescheduling

Adjusts your schedule within seconds when conflicts occur, keeping your calendar optimized without waiting for daily recalculations.

Outlook + Google Calendar support

Integrates natively with both Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar environments, making it easy for teams to adopt regardless of platform.

Multi-way Calendar Sync

Sync unlimited calendars, and set up bidirectional syncs to protect your availability across all of your calendars. Reclaim additionally supports granular privacy controls for event visibility, and syncs your availability up to 12 months in the future.

Manual calendar controls

Move, resize, or delete Reclaim events anytime — the system adapts to your changes instead of overriding them. You can also create new events directly on the Reclaim Planner.

Free/busy flexibility controls

Maximize your availability through flexible “free/busy” controls, keeping AI events as “free” while you still have room to reschedule, and intelligently locking them in as “busy” as your schedule fills up.

Extended planning horizon

Schedule up to 12 weeks ahead compared to Clockwise’s 3-week window.

Better team management

Set team-wide defaults for working and meeting hours, Focus Time goals, and Habit templates to create healthier scheduling hygiene.

CRM Webhooks for Scheduling Links

Integrate your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, and more) and Scheduling Links via webhooks to streamline automated workflows around meetings booked, contact creation, logging activities, and updating records.

Migration checklist

Follow the steps below to fully transition from Clockwise to Reclaim, maximize your setup and avoid scheduling conflicts during setup.

Step 1: Submit your price-match request

Visit the Clockwise to Reclaim Migration page to submit your account for the price match guarantee and migration support. We have a dedicated team working around the clock to prioritize these submissions and get you set up as soon as possible. Here’s what to expect:

  • Small teams: We will verify your account price match through the Clockwise invoice you submit, and quickly respond with your discount code for your exclusive pricing. You can create your account right away, invite your team, and everyone in your account will receive the full discount. Reclaim will be hosting webinars every day throughout March to walk you through the product, how to set up, and answer any questions you have.

  • Large teams: We will respond right away with a priority meeting invite to discuss your account setup, security questions, and company goals to fast-track your rollout plan and match your price with Clockwise. Reclaim will also work with you to set up a team Slack/MS Teams channel to help onboard your employees and answer questions, and set up dedicated live training sessions for your company.

Submit your migration request as soon as possible so we can get your transition plan started before you lose access to Clockwise – we want to get your teams set up ahead of the end date to prevent painful disruption to their calendars.

Step 2: Import your Clockwise data into Reclaim

If you have a complex setup in Clockwise that you don't want to manually recreate in Reclaim, you can also export your current Clockwise data and choose to import it in to Reclaim to automatically recreate your features and preferences.

❇️ IMPORTANT: You must export your Clockwise data before turning off any features. This ensures the data captures all your active settings and features.

  1. From in the Clockwise app, click 'Export your data' to trigger a .json file download of your current, active setup. If you’ve already turned features off in Clockwise, turn them back on before proceeding.

  2. In the Reclaim app, navigate to the Clockwise Import page under Settings > 'Clockwise Import'.

  3. Drag-and-drop your exported Clockwise .json file in the upload field to import.

  4. Once complete, review which features and preferences were successfully imported and which, if any, you need to review.

Reclaim maps most Clockwise features one-to-one including your Hours preferences, Focus Time, Habits, breaks, Scheduling Links, and Smart Meetings.

Reach out to us at [email protected] if you’d like assistance with your migration or if you run into any issues.

Step 3: Disconnect Clockwise

If you are transitioning before the service end date of March 27 2026: In order to prevent duplicate, competing AI calendar events in your schedule, it’s important to disconnect your Clockwise account before widely activating events in Reclaim:

  • Deactivate your Clockwise account (learn how here).

  • Remove the Clockwise Chrome extension (learn how here).

  • Disconnect the Clockwise Slack integration (learn how here). Admins can do this org-wide.

Once you’ve cleared Clockwise events from your calendar, you can begin setting up Reclaim.

If you are transitioning after the service end date of March 27 2026: All Clockwise events should already be removed from your calendar. You can sign up for Reclaim as a new user.

Step 4: Get started with Reclaim

  • Sign up at Reclaim.ai and connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.

    • Note: If your organization is using SCIM your account may be automatically provisioned.

  • Complete onboarding to set up your smart scheduling basics.

Step 5: Set up your AI-scheduling

To learn more about setting up your Reclaim account, check out the getting started guide below for a step-by-step walkthrough
