We have a lot of respect for the work Clockwise has done in shaping AI-powered scheduling. This guide is designed to help you carry forward the workflows you’ve already been using — while making the transition as smooth as possible.

Below are answers to common questions about switching from Clockwise to Reclaim. You’ll find details on migration, feature differences, team rollout, security, and pricing.

General

Why is Clockwise recommending Reclaim?

Clockwise announced that they are discontinuing service March 27th and is recommending Reclaim to help their users continue benefiting from AI-powered calendar optimization. Reclaim builds on many of the same scheduling principles while expanding automation to tasks, routines, and team workflows.

Will my Clockwise data transfer to Reclaim?

You can export your Clockwise data and import it into Reclaim to recreate your AI scheduling setup in minutes. Learn how in our migration doc.

IMPORTANT: Clockwise has officially shut down — request your data now before it’s no longer available. Email [email protected]

Without your explicit action, none of your Clockwise data is going to be shared with or transferred to Reclaim.

What does the migration process look like?

Most users complete the transition in a few easy steps:

  1. Export your Clockwise data while you still have features and preferences active

  2. Disconnect Clockwise from your calendar and remove extensions

  3. Sign up for Reclaim and connect your calendar

  4. Complete onboarding

  5. (Optional) Import your Clockwise data into Reclaim to map your setup in minutes

  6. Update or tweak your scheduling preferences

Your existing calendar events, created in Google or Outlook calendars, remain intact throughout the process.

Does Reclaim support both Google Calendar and Outlook?

Yes. Reclaim fully supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar, making it easy for organizations using either platform to use the product.

Can I try Reclaim before committing?

Yes. Reclaim offers a 14-day free trial of all features and requires no credit card to sign up. If you need additional time to evaluate the product, you can contact our team to request an extension.

Will you price-match my Clockwise subscription?


Yes. Reclaim will price-match individual and team Clockwise subscriptions for one year. Learn more under the Pricing FAQs below.

Do you have any upcoming webinars where I can learn more?

How do I invite my team?

You can invite teammates directly from your Team Settings in Reclaim. Admins can also deploy Reclaim across their organization using SSO or SCIM provisioning.

We already have some Reclaim users. How do we merge accounts?

How do I get started?

Feature & Product FAQs

How is Reclaim different from Clockwise?

While both products focus on calendar optimization, Reclaim and Clockwise approach scheduling differently.

Clockwise primarily optimizes meeting schedules and Focus Time blocks to reduce calendar fragmentation and create larger blocks of uninterrupted work time. Reclaim, on the other hand, schedules around whatever is most important based on your current priorities. Some weeks that might look like maximizing focus time; other weeks it means making space for critical meetings and collaboration.

Reclaim extends this flexibility across your entire workload by scheduling focus time, recurring routines, tasks, meetings, and breaks based on the preferences and priorities you control. By leveraging free/busy controls and AI prioritization, your calendar automatically adapts as meetings shift or new deadlines appear — so you can strike the right balance between collaboration and heads-down work.

How does Focus Time compare?

Clockwise creates Focus Time blocks automatically, typically based on preferred morning or afternoon scheduling windows.

In Reclaim, Focus Time is managed using daily or weekly Focus Time goals, which dynamically schedule focus blocks around meetings and other priorities, adjusting automatically as your week changes.

Reclaim also offers ‘Proactive’ and ‘Reactive’ Focus Time modes. Proactive mode prioritizes scheduling deep work in your calendar in advance, while Reactive mode keeps your calendar more open for meetings and schedules Focus Time later if you're at risk of not having enough time to get stuff done. This gives users more control over how their calendar balances focused work and collaboration, based on their priorities.

Pricing FAQs

What is the Clockwise price match guarantee?

Reclaim is extending a 100% price match guarantee for 12 months for every Clockwise account migrating to Reclaim.ai including individuals and teams.

Submit your migration and price match request with your account invoice to fast-track your pricing verification, and Reclaim will follow up shortly with your discount code or proposal. Offer valid until June 30, 2026.

What happens if my team grows during the contract?

If your team grows during the contract period, additional seats can always be added to your subscription at the matched price. Our team can help adjust your plan as your organization scales.

Which Reclaim plan will I migrate to?

Here’s how Reclaim’s price match will map to Clockwise plans:

  • Clockwise Team Plan → Reclaim Business Plan

  • Clockwise Business Plan → Reclaim Business Plan

  • Clockwise Enterprise Plan → Reclaim Enterprise Plan

How can I migrate my enterprise account from Clockwise to Reclaim?

Reclaim will work closely with enterprise accounts to successfully migrate your team members over, and support everyone through dedicated onboarding and training to ensure a smooth transition.

Is Reclaim SOC 2 Type II compliant?

Yes. Reclaim maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance, demonstrating strong controls for security, availability, and confidentiality.

Is Reclaim GDPR compliant?

Yes. Reclaim supports GDPR requirements and provides mechanisms to help organizations manage personal data responsibly.

Does Reclaim comply with CCPA?

Yes. Reclaim supports CCPA privacy requirements for California residents.

Does Reclaim train AI models on user data?

No. Reclaim does not train AI models using customer calendar data.


Migration Troubleshooting

Can I run Clockwise and Reclaim at the same time?

We do not recommend running Clockwise and Reclaim simultaneously. Both products automatically adjust your calendar, which can lead to scheduling conflicts.

For the best experience, fully disconnect Clockwise and confirm all Clockwise events have been removed from your calendar before enabling Reclaim.

Why do I still see Clockwise events on my calendar after uninstalling it?

Clockwise-generated events may remain on your calendar temporarily after the product is disconnected. We recommend waiting 1–2 hours for Clockwise to fully clear its events before enabling Reclaim scheduling.

If you have Flexible Meetings that you are not the organizer of, the organizer might have to disable the meting to remove it from your calendar.

If you need assistance removing Clockwise events from your calendar, reach out to us in support.

What happens to Clockwise Flexible Meetings that I didn’t organize?

If you were invited to Flexible Meetings created by another Clockwise user, those meetings may continue to move on your calendar, even after you uninstall Clockwise.

In this case, contact the meeting organizer and ask them to remove Clockwise scheduling from the event.

If you are transitioning after the service end date of March 27 2026: All Clockwise events should already be removed from your calendar. You can sign up for Reclaim as a new user.

How long should I wait before enabling Reclaim after disconnecting Clockwise?

If you are transitioning before the service end date of March 27 2026: Clockwise-generated events may remain on your calendar temporarily after the product is disconnected. We recommend waiting 1–2 hours for Clockwise to fully clear its events before enabling Reclaim scheduling.

If you are transitioning after the service end date of March 27 2026: All Clockwise events should already be removed from your calendar. You can sign up for Reclaim as a new user.
