Reclaim 2.0 + ChatGPT integration

Connect Reclaim to ChatGPT to manage your calendar, schedule meetings, protect focus time, and optimize your workweek using natural language.

This article refers to Reclaim 2.0 features and workflows. You can confirm your current app version in Account Settings.

Instead of switching between scheduling tools, calendars, and task managers, you can ask ChatGPT to organize your time directly in conversation. Reclaim connects ChatGPT to your calendar so you can manage meetings, scheduling, and focus time directly in conversation.

How to connect Reclaim to ChatGPT

Requirements

To use Reclaim with ChatGPT, you’ll need:

  • A ChatGPT account with access to Apps

  • A Reclaim account

  • A connected Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar

Reclaim supports both Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook calendars.

Reclaim is available in the ChatGPT Apps marketplace here.

To connect Reclaim:

  1. Sign in to ChatGPT

  2. Open the Apps marketplace

  3. Search for Reclaim.ai

  4. Select Reclaim.ai

  5. Click Connect

  6. Review and approve the requested permissions

Once connected, you can use Reclaim directly in ChatGPT conversations.

How to disconnect Reclaim from ChatGPT

Disconnecting the ChatGPT integration removes ChatGPT’s access to your Reclaim account. Your calendar connections in Reclaim will remain active unless you separately revoke calendar permissions.

To disconnect Reclaim from ChatGPT:

  1. Sign in to ChatGPT

  2. Open Settings

  3. Go to Apps or Connected Apps

  4. Select Reclaim.ai

  5. Click Disconnect

Once disconnected, ChatGPT will no longer be able to access or interact with your Reclaim account.

How to revoke calendar permissions

If you also want to remove Reclaim’s access to your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook account, you’ll need to revoke permissions directly from your calendar provider:

Google Calendar

  1. Open your Google Account settings

  2. Navigate to Security → Third-party apps & services

  3. Locate Reclaim.ai

  4. Select Remove Access

Microsoft Outlook

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Account

  2. Open Privacy or Security settings

  3. Navigate to Apps and services or Connected apps

  4. Locate Reclaim.ai

  5. Select Remove access or Disconnect

Existing calendar events created by Reclaim may remain on your calendar unless manually removed.
