Deleting Reclaim-created events on your native calendar such as a π± Lunch Habit, π― Focus block, or a Task event tells Reclaim that you don't want that event to happen at that time, and will be treated as a Snooze/Skip for that period. But the event will be rescheduled for another time and thus, pop back onto your calendar.
If you want to permanently remove Reclaim events from your calendar, they will need to be managed from within Reclaim.
If you would like for the π± Lunch Habit to stop scheduling, we recommend either deleting or disabling the entire Habit in the Habits section.
If you would like for Focus Time to stop scheduling, you will have to go to the Focus section, click Edit Focus time button in the upper righthand corner, and then scroll down to toggle it off.
If you would like for a Task to stop scheduling, we recommend either deleting it or marking it Done. If you delete the Task, all events of the Task including the ones scheduled in the past, will be removed from your calendar. If you mark the Task as Done, its historical events will remain in your calendar.
Check this article for more details: Tasks keep popping back up after being deleted
If the event is a Calendar Sync event, you must decline/delete the event on the source calendar otherwise Reclaim will continue to add the event back onto the target calendar.
