Add work done for a Task that was not scheduled on the calendar

Log work allows you to record time spent working on a Task that was not scheduled on your calendar. Doing so allows Reclaim to account for the time spent and shorten future Task Events.


Log work from the Planner

  1. Navigate to the Task that needs work logged by:

    1. Clicking the three dots labeled More actions.

    2. Clicking the name of the Task.

  2. Click Log work.

  3. Select either

    1. Duration: Adds a time block of this duration having the end time immediately as you log this work.

    2. Specific date & time: Adds a time block at the specific date and time you select.

  4. Click the Log work button.


Log work from the Google Calendar add-on

  1. Navigate to the Task that needs work logged by:

    1. Clicking on the associated Task Event in the Calendar

    2. Clicking on the name of the Task in the add-on side panel.

  2. Click Log work.

  3. Enter the date and time the work was done.
