Ways to add videoconferencing to Smart 1:1s

There are three ways to add videoconference details to a Smart 1:1:

  1. Via Reclaim's integrations: Reclaim integrates with Zoom and Google Meet, and you can add conference details to your Smart 1:1 while setting it up or editing it via these integrations.

  2. Via the Location field: You can also paste a videoconference link into the "Location" field when setting up or editing a Smart 1:1.

  3. Via events in Google Calendar: After the Smart 1:1 has been scheduled, you can use your videoconference calendar add-on of choice to add videoconferencing directly in Google Calendar, and it will be automatically applied to all events for the Smart 1:1 series.

Adding videoconference details via Reclaim's integrations

From your Smart 1:1 details, click on the dropdown under Video Conferencing and select your video conferencing tool of choice. If you haven't installed the Zoom integration for Reclaim, you'll see an option called + Add Zoom that will redirect you to Zoom to add it.

Adding videoconference details via the Location field

You can paste a link into the Location field of the Smart 1:1 details.

Adding videoconference details directly via Google Calendar

Add videoconferencing information directly to the Smart 1:1 events in Google Calendar using your calendar add-on of choice. Reclaim will pick that information up and apply it to all Smart 1:1 events in the series.
