Viewing and interpreting your Calendar Stats

Find data about where you're spending time to better inform your productivity.

Your Calendar Stats in Reclaim provide an overview of where your time is being spent as well as shows what actions Reclaim has taken on your behalf. Stats are always shown from the beginning of the current week.

To access your Calendar Stats, click Calendar Stats on the left nav of Reclaim.

Work Stats

Your Work Stats are listed at the top of the Calendar Stats page:

  • Free Time: the number of free hours on your calendar this week compared to the previous one. Free Time is capped at 8 hours per day to keep you close to a 40-hour workweek.

  • Meeting Time: the number of hours you're in meetings this week compared to the previous week.

  • Shallow Work Time: the number of hours you're spending on things that Reclaim deems to be Shallow Work -- miscellaneous, non-strategic tasks. Note: solo events less than 2 hours long count towards this metric.

  • Deep Work Time: the number of hours you're spending on things that Reclaim deems to be Deep Work -- strategic, focused work. Note: solo events 2 hours or greater count towards this metric.

Life Stats

Your Life Stats are located in the next row underneath Work Stats:

  • Personal Time: the number of hours you're spending on personal events this week vs. the previous week.

  • Travel Time: the number of hours you're spending on travel time this week vs. the previous week.

  • Vacation Time: the number of hours you're on vacation this month compared to the previous month.

Task Stats

Your Task Stats are located in the next row underneath Life Stats.

  • Overdue: the number of Tasks that are past their due date

  • Active: the number of Tasks that are currently scheduled on your calendar

  • Completed: the number of Tasks you've completed so far this week

  • Task Time: the total percentage of your workweek spent on Tasks

Habits

Here, you can see the time you're spending on your Daily Habits this week as compared to the previous week, broken down by Habit.
