The Pomodoro Technique is a simple time management method that helps you maximize productivity, stay focused, and avoid burnout. You work in short, intense bursts called Pomodoros, followed by quick breaks to recharge.
Traditionally, that looks like 25 minutes of focus, a 5-minute break, and a longer break after every four pomodoro sessions.
The Reclaim Pomodoro Timer makes this effortless to track and manage — no setup is required, and it’s completely free to use.
Getting started with Pomodoro
Prep first: Choose the task you want to focus on, close distractions, grab a drink, and take a quick break. The goal is to work uninterrupted once the timer starts.
Open the Reclaim Pomodoro page: Go to the Reclaim Pomodoro page and optionally add tasks to stay on track during your session.
Start your focus session: Click Start to begin the timer and go heads down until it ends.
Take breaks automatically: After each session, the timer starts a 5-minute Short Break, and after four sessions, a 15-minute Long Break.
You’ll see your progress on the page as you complete Pomodoros toward your next long break.
💡 Tip: Make sure your device sound is on so you can hear the audio notification when each session and break begins or ends.
Adding tasks
Under Tasks, type what you plan to work on.
Click Add task to keep it visible during your session.
Check off tasks as you complete them to stay organized and motivated.
Resetting or switching modes
Click Reset to restart your timer anytime.
Use the tabs to toggle between Pomodoro, Short Break, or Long Break as needed.
Reclaim’s Pomodoro Timer helps you focus deeply, take consistent breaks, and build better work rhythms — so you can get more done without burning out.
