Connect Reclaim to ClickUp to automatically schedule time for project work, protect focus time, and plan around real calendar availability.
With ClickUp connected, Reclaim can sync tasks to Google Calendar, schedule work by priority, and help teams understand what they can realistically accomplish each week.
Requirements
To connect ClickUp to Reclaim 2.0, you’ll need:
A Reclaim account on a plan that supports task integrations
A ClickUp account in the workspace you want to connect
Access to the ClickUp tasks, lists, or spaces you want Reclaim to sync
Permission to authorize third-party apps for your ClickUp account
A ClickUp workspace admin or owner who can approve the Reclaim app, if app approvals are required
How to set up the Reclaim ClickUp integration
To connect Reclaim to ClickUp:
In the Reclaim app, navigate to Settings > Integrations
Select ClickUp
Click Connect ClickUp or Add ClickUp
Sign in to your ClickUp account
Choose the ClickUp workspace you want to connect
Review and approve the requested permissions
Configure which ClickUp tasks should sync into Reclaim
Once connected, Reclaim can automatically schedule time for ClickUp tasks on your calendar.
Depending on your ClickUp workspace settings, a workspace admin may need to approve the Reclaim app before users can connect it.
Note: Some integrations may show a separate confirmation step for MCP authorization. If you see this prompt during ClickUp setup, complete it so Reclaim 2.0 can use the connected ClickUp data in MCP-powered workflows.

The ClickUp integration helps Reclaim turn project tasks into calendar time. Reclaim can block time for ClickUp tasks around existing events, prioritize important work, and support more realistic sprint and workload planning.

Disconnecting the integration
You can disconnect Reclaim from ClickUp at any time through Reclaim settings.
To disconnect ClickUp from Reclaim:
Sign in to Reclaim
Open Settings
Go to Integrations
Select ClickUp
Click Disconnect, Remove, or Manage connection
Confirm the disconnection
Once disconnected, Reclaim will no longer sync ClickUp tasks or use ClickUp data for task scheduling.
Revoking ClickUp permissions
To remove Reclaim’s access from ClickUp:
Open ClickUp
Go to workspace settings
Open app, integrations, or connected-app settings
Locate Reclaim
Select Remove, Disconnect, or Revoke access
Confirm removal
Depending on your ClickUp workspace settings, only an admin or owner may be able to remove app access.
Note: Disconnecting ClickUp from Reclaim stops future syncing. Existing calendar blocks or tasks created from ClickUp tasks may remain in Reclaim or on your calendar unless manually removed.
Existing calendar events created by Reclaim may remain on your calendar unless manually removed.
