Using event hashtags to make your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar smarter

Add the hashtag #reclaim_free to your calendar event to indicate that you're busy, but you still want Reclaim to schedule Tasks and Habits.

Use the hashtag #reclaim_busy to prevent Habits and Tasks from being scheduled during a time block to ensure you're available for meetings.

Reclaim allows you to manually mark events as needing travel time (including flights) as well as to categorize events as travel events.
