Reclaim automatically schedules time for your Habits and Tasks based on your preferences. Sometimes, other more important items may come up or you may not feel like doing that Habit or Task at that time. Rescheduling your Habits and Tasks allows Reclaim to automatically find a time in the future for you to do them.


Reschedule a Habit Instance or Task Event

  1. Find the Habit Instance or Task Event in the Agenda view or Task view of the Home tab in Slack.

  2. Click on the Reschedule / Add time... to expand the dropdown menu.

  3. Select the amount of time in the future you want to move your Habit Instance or Task Event. You can also enter the time or duration you want to snooze your Habit until. For example: 7pm or 45min


Skip a Habit Instance

  1. Find the Habit or Task in the Agenda view or Task view of the Home tab in Slack.

  2. Click the Skip button in the Habit options.



Clear snooze for a Task

Clearing a snooze for a Task will revert the Task to the original time.

  1. Find the Task in the Agenda view or Task view of the Home tab in Slack.

  2. Click on the Reschedule / Add time... to expand the dropdown menu.

  3. Select the Clear Snooze / Start ASAP option.
