Connect Reclaim to Gong to automatically add Gong meeting links to meetings booked through your Scheduling Links, so customer and prospect calls can be recorded to Gong without extra setup for hosts or attendees.
When Reclaim and Gong are connected, Reclaim matches users across both platforms and enables users to easily add Gong meeting links when a meeting is booked through a Reclaim Scheduling Link.
How to connect Reclaim to Gong
Requirements
To use Reclaim with Gong, you’ll need:
A Reclaim account, where you are an admin on your team
Gong administrator permissions to authorize the integration
Matching email addresses between users’ Reclaim and Gong accounts
Note: This integration must be configured once by a Gong administrator for the entire organization, who is also an admin on the Reclaim team.
Because Gong’s API is configured at the company level, a Gong administrator only needs to connect the integration once for the organization. Individual users do not need to authorize Gong separately.
How to connect Gong + Reclaim
From the Reclaim integrations page, click Connect Gong (*must be an admin in Reclaim and Gong accounts).
Review and approve the requested permissions. Reclaim securely stores the authorization and refreshes access as needed.
Once connected, Reclaim begins matching eligible Gong users across the team with their Reclaim accounts. Account emails must match across both platforms.
With the integration set up, connected users will see Gong as an additional option in their video-conferencing settings under individual Scheduling Links.
How the Gong integration works
With Gong connected, Reclaim can automatically provision eligible users and set Gong as the default video-conferencing option for meetings booked through Reclaim Scheduling Links.

Unique Gong links | If your organization uses per-meeting links, Reclaim creates a new Gong meeting using the meeting time, title, organizer, and invitees, then adds the returned Gong link to the event. |
What data Reclaim accesses in Gong
Reclaim only requests the Gong permissions required to provision users and create meeting links.
The integration uses Gong to:
Read your organization’s Gong user directory so Reclaim can match users by email address
Create Gong meetings when your organization uses unique meeting links
Reclaim does not use this integration to access:
Gong call recordings
Call transcripts
Conversation content
The integration is designed only to connect eligible users and ensure the correct Gong meeting link is attached when meetings are booked through Reclaim.
Gong permissions
Reclaim requests the following Gong API permissions:
api:users:read— used to match Gong users with Reclaim usersapi:meetings:user:create— used to create meeting-specific Gong links for organizations using dynamic meeting links
No additional Gong content permissions are required.
How to disconnect Reclaim from Gong
Because Gong is connected at the organization level, the integration should be disconnected by an administrator.
Disconnecting Gong stops Reclaim from provisioning Gong users and adding Gong meeting links to future meetings booked through Reclaim Scheduling Links. Meetings and calendar events that were created before the integration was disconnected are not automatically removed or modified.
If your organization no longer wants Reclaim to access Gong, a Gong administrator can also revoke Reclaim’s authorization from Gong.
