What are Meeting Quality Agents?
Meeting Quality Agents help catch problems with upcoming meetings before they become a last-minute scramble.
Reclaim can check your calendar for common issues like a missing video conferencing link, an invitation you haven’t answered, an attendee who declined, or overlapping commitments.
When Reclaim finds something that needs attention, it surfaces the issue so you can fix it before the meeting starts.
What Meeting Quality Agents check
Agent | What it flags |
Event conflicts | Two commitments that overlap |
Attendee Availability Alert | An attendee declined or isn’t available at that time |
RSVP Reminders | An invitation you haven’t responded to |
Video Link Check | A meeting with no video conferencing link |
Custom Company Agents | Meeting standards created by your organization’s admins |
If Reclaim finds an issue, you’ll see it surfaced in the Issue tab in the right-hand menu in the Reclaim app.
Meeting Quality Agents are on by default
Reclaim adds Meeting Quality Agents to your account automatically, so they can start flagging problems without any setup.
You’ll find them grouped under Meeting Quality in your Agents list.
Where you’ll see meeting issues
Meeting Quality issues can appear in:
Reclaim Chat
The Issues tab
Your daily digest (delivered via Email, Slack, or both, managed under Settings > Notifications)
This gives you a few different ways to catch problems before a meeting starts.
Disabling the Meeting Quality Agent
There’s nothing to configure on the built-in Meeting Quality Agents. Each one checks for a specific type of issue.
If you don’t want Reclaim to check for a particular issue, open that Agent from your Agents list and click Disable.
If you want to keep the Agent running but don’t need a particular warning, you can ignore the Issue for just that event or for the entire series.
Setting meeting standards across your organization
Team Reclaim admins can also create Meeting Quality Agents at the company level so the same meeting standards apply across everyone’s calendar.
For example, your organization might flag any meeting with more than four attendees that doesn’t have an agenda.
A few things to know:
They nudge, they don’t block. The meeting can still be booked. Reclaim flags the issue so it can be addressed.
The organizer gets the flag. Meeting Quality issues are surfaced to the person organizing the meeting.
Company Agents are locked. They appear in the Meeting Quality group with a lock icon, and only an admin can edit or disable them.
This gives teams a lightweight way to encourage better meeting habits without preventing people from scheduling the meetings they need.
