What you can do with the Jira integration

With Jira connected, Reclaim can help coordinate project work, planning, and scheduling workflows across your calendar and tasks.

Common capabilities include:

  • Sync Jira issues and project work with your schedule

  • Reserve focus time for important tasks and initiatives

  • Coordinate planning sessions and project meetings

  • Organize work blocks around deadlines and priorities

  • Improve visibility into workload and meeting balance

  • Support AI-powered scheduling and workflow coordination through MCP-enabled tools

Once connected, Jira data can be used across Reclaim scheduling workflows and compatible AI integrations.

Requirements

To connect Jira to Reclaim 2.0, you’ll need:

  • A Reclaim account on a Starter plan or higher

  • A Jira account within an Atlassian organization

  • Access to an Atlassian organization with Rovo enabled

  • An Atlassian admin who can allowlist the Reclaim MCP callback URL


How to set up the Reclaim 2.0 Jira integration

Note: Before users in your Atlassian organization can connect Jira to Reclaim, an Atlassian admin must allowlist Reclaim’s MCP callback URL for Rovo.

Allowlist the Reclaim MCP callback URL

Before users in your Atlassian organization can connect Jira to Reclaim, an Atlassian admin must allowlist Reclaim’s MCP callback URL for Rovo.

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com and select your organization

  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Rovo → Rovo MCP Server

  3. Click Add domain

  1. Add the following MCP callback URL as an allowed domain:

https://api.app.reclaim.ai/oauth/jira-v2/mcp-callback

Once allowlisted, users in your Atlassian organization can connect Jira directly from Reclaim.


How to connect Jira in Reclaim

  1. In the Reclaim app, navigate to Settings > Integrations

  2. Click Connect Jira

  3. Click Accept


  4. Click Approve


  5. Click Accept again to complete the connection

You do not need to enable or select Compass during setup.

Once connected, Reclaim can coordinate scheduling and planning workflows using your Jira projects and tasks.
