Reclaim.ai uses a combination of technologies to help manage calendars, optimize time, and enhance productivity. Today, these capabilities rely on both classic machine-learning models and privately hosted large language models (LLMs) operated entirely within Dropbox’s secure environment. Generative AI models will not be built using customer content without consent.
Reclaim.ai includes additional features that leverage LLMs provided and hosted by contracted third-party AI service providers. Any such features will run on the external provider’s infrastructure only if explicitly enabled with end-user opt-in consent and will be governed by contractual terms. AI subprocessor services are subject to Zero Data Retention contractual terms and commitments that providers will not use customer data to train or improve their models.
Reclaim Chat and MCP integrations use third-party AI services under agreements that enforce appropriate privacy, security, and compliance standards for customer data.
