Reclaim.ai uses a combination of technologies to help manage calendars, optimize time, and enhance productivity. Today, these capabilities rely on both classic machine-learning models and privately hosted large language models (LLMs) operated entirely within Dropbox’s secure environment. Generative AI models will not be built using customer content without consent.
In the future, Reclaim.ai may introduce additional features that leverage LLMs provided and hosted by contracted third-party AI service providers. Any such features will run on the external provider’s infrastructure only if explicitly enabled with customer consent and will be governed by contractual terms. Customer data processed by these external LLMs will remain subject to strict confidentiality, security controls, and data-use restrictions, including commitments that providers will not use customer data to train or improve their models.
Reclaim.ai will always disclose when a feature is powered by a third-party LLM and will only engage such providers under agreements that enforce privacy, security, and compliance standards appropriate for customer data.
