Changing and customizing branding settings on Scheduling Links

How to update or customize your branding settings on your booking pages to help promote your company and business.

Updated this week

Custom branding for Scheduling Links is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

By default, your booking pages and emails sent for booked meetings will use the Reclaim logo as shown below. However, you can opt to remove Reclaim branding entirely, or even add your team's own logo and banner to booking pages and emails to help customize your attendees' booking experience.

How branding settings work

You can set branding settings at three levels in Reclaim:

  • Team: Set the default branding setting for all new links created within your team. For example, if you want all new links to default to having your company's logo on them, you can adjust your team setting to make it so.

  • Group: Set the default branding setting for all links created within a group. This setting will override any team setting that has been set for the team.

  • Link: Set the branding setting for any specific link. This setting overrides both the team setting and the group setting.

There are three branding settings if you're a user on a Business or Enterprise plan:

  • Use Reclaim branding: Booking pages, embeds, and emails sent for booked meetings will include Reclaim's logo.

  • Remove Reclaim branding: Booking pages, embeds, and emails sent for booked meetings will be unbranded and have no logo added.

  • Use custom branding: Booking pages, embeds, and emails sent for booked meetings will include a custom logo and/or banner you've uploaded to your team settings in Reclaim.

Team branding settings and adding custom branding

To set a default branding setting for your Team as well as add a logo and banner that will be used for custom branding, head to the Team defaults page and scroll down to Booking page branding:

Here, you can adjust the default branding setting for your team as noted above, and you can also add in your own logo and banner image as well as a URL for your logo to link to from emails and booking pages.

  • Logo: you can upload JPG or PNG files up to 2MB, either by uploading them via your file explorer or drag-and-dropping and/or pasting them into the Logo section.

  • Banner: you can upload JPG or PNG files up to 8MB. We strongly recommend using 1200x400px images, otherwise your image will be automatically cropped to fit the banner area.

  • Homepage: set a URL that you want your logo to point to. If you don't add a URL here, the logo will not be clickable on your booking pages or emails.

Custom logos and banners can only be uploaded at the team level, but any team member can apply them to their links.

Branding settings on Groups and Links

If you've set a branding default on your team, all new groups and new links will inherit that branding setting by default. However, any groups or links that have a different setting will not get the team branding default. This means that your team has the option to create links that don't use custom branding, which is useful for different kinds of meetings (e.g., a customer meeting vs. a recruiting screen).

Setting branding options for Groups

To adjust branding options for Groups, click the Edit group button next to any Scheduling Link group:

From here, you will see branding settings that can be set for the group. All links created within this group will get that setting by default.

Setting branding options for Links

To adjust the branding setting for a link, click edit on any link:

Scroll down to Booking page customization and you'll see Branding with multiple settings:

Note that here, there are 4 possible settings – one that uses the same setting as the group, and the three mentioned previously to use Reclaim's branding, remove it, or add custom branding. The "Same as group" setting is useful for when you want to update multiple links at once that are within the same group; you can just adjust the setting for the group and all links will automatically receive it.
