Support hours

Monday - Friday: 7am - 7pm Pacific Time

Saturday - Sunday: Available as needed for emergencies

We typically respond in less than one hour of a support inquiry during support hours, and do our best to monitor and respond to off-hours support requests by urgency.

In case of a critical emergency where the product is down or severely impacted, please note "Emergency" in the first line of your message via the app, or in the subject line of your email to support.
