Focus Time works best when it’s part of your team culture. When everyone is prioritizing deep work and minimizing distractions, it’s easier to reduce unnecessary meetings, collaborate more intentionally, and get more productive work done.

Help your team protect time for deep work from day one by setting up Team Focus Time. This ensures every new teammate automatically gets recommended a default Focus Time goal when they join your account — no extra setup needed.

What is Team Focus Time?

Team Focus Time is a default Focus Time template you can recommend for your entire team. It's designed to help your teammates:

  • Defend motr time for deep, focused work

  • Reduce meeting overload

  • Maintain better balance across their calendars

All without the extra setup as they're onboarding. This template acts as a starting point — teammates can personalize or disable the recommendation anytime.

How to set a Team Focus Time goal

  1. Under Team Focus Time, click + Team Focus Time

  2. Set your Focus mode and weekly goal for your team

  3. Save your template

That’s it! Every new teammate added to your Reclaim team will see this Focus Time recommendation in their calendar settings.

Can teammates change their Focus Time?

Yes! The Team Focus Time template is just a recommendation. Each teammate can adjust the duration, frequency, or turn it off entirely based on their personal preferences and schedule.
