If there are any issues that need fixing, they are called out both in the "issues" tab as well as by the chat assistant.
Meeting Quality agents are on by default
Reclaim adds them to your account when you sign up, so you'll see flags before you've set anything up. You'll find them grouped under Meeting Quality in your agents list.
Where do I see flags?
Flags appear as Issues in the AI Assistant, the issues tab and in your daily digest.
How to turn off a meeting quality agent.
There's nothing to configure on a Meeting Quality agent — you can't change what it checks. But you can switch it off - open it from your agents list and click Disable.
Company policy agents are the exception, and can't be disabled. See below.
To keep an agent running but silence a single flag, ignore the Issue for that event or for the whole series.
Setting meeting standards across your organization
Meeting Quality agents can also be defined at the company level, so one standard applies across everyone's calendar — for example, flagging any meeting with more than four attendees that doesn't have an agenda.
They nudge, they don't block. The meeting can still be booked, and the organizer is the person who gets the flag.
They're locked. A company policy agent appears in your Meeting Quality group with a lock
icon. You can't edit or disable it.
