Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Jira in Reclaim to manage your Jira integration configuration.

How Reclaim schedules Jira issues
Manually sync specific issues
Issues won't be synced to Reclaim until you click the Schedule with Reclaim button within a Jira issue.
Automatically sync all issues
Issues will sync automatically once they have all the required fields.
Issues without due dates
The Jira integration allows you to decide whether or not you want to allow Jira tickets to be synced that don't have due dates.
If you select Sync Jira tasks without due dates, then tickets will be synced whether or not the ticket has a due date or Sprint end date in Jira.
If you select Don't sync Jira tasks without due dates, then a due date or Sprint end date is required for any ticket synced from Jira.
How to see Reclaim task from Jira
You can see a panel with the link and schedule status at Reclaim of any synchronized task by clicking at the app button. You would need to click one time per Jira issue.
Multiple Jira workspaces
If you have the integration installed across multiple Jira workspaces you have access to, you can select different sync settings for different workspaces.
