Most of the time, Reclaim doesn't need the other attendee to accept a 1:1 invite to schedule it -- but there are benefits to doing so!

Smart 1:1s automatically schedule according to your mutual availability, but you have a variety of ways to reschedule them at any time.

You can edit videoconference links on your Smart 1:1s directly from Google Calendar. Here's how.

You can update a Smart 1:1 to change its scheduling preferences, description, or anything else besides the attendee.

You can edit details of any scheduled Smart 1:1 event, and Reclaim will honor those changes.

You can always skip a Smart 1:1 if you don't want to have the meeting for that period of time.

If you're deciding to take a break from your 1:1, you can opt to disable it —or delete it if you no longer plan to meet.
